Reservation and Payment

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or email. A valid credit card is required for reservation. Payment terms include a deposit of 30% at the time of booking, with the balance due upon vehicle pickup. We accept major credit cards and cash payments in local currency.

Rental Requirements

All drivers must be at least 21 years old (25 for premium vehicles) and present a valid driver's license held for at least one year, passport, and credit card in the driver's name. International drivers may need an International Driving Permit depending on their country of origin.

Vehicle Pickup and Return

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned the same way. Late returns will incur additional charges calculated on an hourly basis, up to the cost of a full day's rental for delays exceeding 3 hours.

Deposit and Insurance

A security deposit is required at pickup, refundable upon return if the vehicle is in the same condition. Our standard rental includes basic insurance coverage. Additional coverage options are available at extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours incur a 50% fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup or no-shows are charged in full.

Prohibited Uses

Vehicles may not be used for illegal purposes, off-road (unless specifically authorized), for racing, to tow other vehicles, or to transport more passengers than the vehicle's capacity. Violations will void insurance coverage and result in penalties.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the rental agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Moroccan law. Customers agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation before pursuing legal action.
